Overture has a nice bid tool http://uv.bidtool.overture.com/d/USm/search/tools/bidtool/. Type in a search term and they show you the max bids and listings for that term. It is not always 100% accurate. Matter of fact, I’ve heard that if it says they are paying $.20 a click you can expect to get half of that.

Either way, it’s the Overture Bid Tool a nice tool to keep you informed on what advertisers are paying per click.
