Stack Your Posts

Google loves sites that have fresh content and are constantly changing. It’s important that you post to your site consistently and frequently. It’s amazing to watch the traffic on a stale blog plummet.

If you haven’t posted to your blog in over a week…it’s stale. You have to remember that content is what is driving people to your site. You want it to be fresh and always changing.

What I usually do is, get up Saturday morning, and write. I research my topics. Then I write as many articles as I can. I don’t post them all on Saturday. I post one a day, every day. That’s the way that Google likes it. Otherwise, if I post it all on Saturday, Google will think my site is only changing once.

Another technique I use, is to always have one ready to go. Like for instance today, I posted an article this morning. I have one already to go for tomorrow. Plus I write one today, and save it for a later day. That way you’re always one step ahead of the game.

Of course these tips won’t work if you are blogging on time sensitive topics.
